Operating out of Micron's strategic hub in Singapore, you will manage high-value, complex portfolios of capital equipment. You will leverage deep market intelligence, foster robust supplier partnerships, and execute sophisticated negotiation strategies to secure the best technologies and terms. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams across the globe, you will ensure our Pro Site Ops have the cutting-edge tools needed to manufacture the next generation of products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for capital equipment, ensuring alignment with Micron's long-term technology and manufacturing goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships, from selection and onboarding to performance management, contract negotiations, and strategic development.
- Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations for semiconductor capital equipment, securing optimal cost, quality, delivery, and innovation commitments.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate technology shifts, identify new suppliers, and benchmark costs to maintain Micron's competitive edge.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to drive joint business plans and resolve critical supply chain issues.
- Champion supplier diversity, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices within the capital equipment supplier base.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, specifically within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in sourcing capital equipment (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, metrology) and managing OEM supplier relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings and value creation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
- Excellent project management abilities, with experience managing complex, multi-million dollar procurement projects.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a strong advantage for supplier engagements.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ariba) and advanced Excel/analytics tools.
