Tanggung Jawab
- Lead barista team during shifts, ensuring quality standards for all coffee preparations
- Train and mentor junior staff on brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service
- Develop seasonal menus and signature drinks aligned with local ingredients and trends
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste reduction protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance in all workstations
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years barista experience with proven leadership role
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Certification in barista training or coffee science preferred
- Strong team management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train staff on complex beverage techniques
- Basic understanding of financial operations including cash handling
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
