Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all dining facilities
- Lead and mentor F&B staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Implement quality control measures for food presentation, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and supplier relationships
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure menu execution and dietary compliance
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve service issues, and implement improvement strategies
- Develop promotional activities aligned with monastery events and cultural programs
- Ensure compliance with health safety regulations and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in F&B supervisory/management role within hospitality sector
- Proven leadership skills in team development and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/SFDA) and inventory management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in budget management and cost control systems
- Certification in hospitality management or F&B operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
