Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure optimal service delivery
- Lead and mentor floor staff to maintain performance standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for floor operations
- Implement and uphold safety and hygiene protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist in training new staff members on service procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality floor operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality service standards and procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
