Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise floor service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer relations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor floor activities, address guest concerns, and resolve service issues promptly
- Manage inventory and stock levels for floor supplies and equipment
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards across all floor operations
- Assist in scheduling and performance evaluations of team members
- Contribute to developing strategies to improve service quality and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership service position
- Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage service
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality management software
