Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow during all shifts
- Lead and motivate service teams to maintain impeccable service standards
- Manage table assignments and seating logistics for optimal guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely food/beverage delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Floor Captain or similar supervisory role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food/beverage service standards and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
