- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the kitchen and management.
- Handle cash handling and billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily briefings with the team to discuss priorities and service goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
