Are you a natural leader with a passion for exceptional hospitality? Boga Group is seeking a dedicated Captain Floor Restaurant to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and memorable.
You will assist the Store Supervisor in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. As a Captain, you will lead by example, supporting the restaurant staff and ensuring that all customer feedback is addressed professionally to enhance our service reputation. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing the daily operational flow and workflow.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Supervise and guide waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
- Conduct regular briefings with the team to discuss daily goals and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or captain role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with POS systems and F&B operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
