Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate front-of-house staff schedules and performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Train and develop new team members on service protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to enhance guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant floor management
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and reporting tools
