We are currently seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Captain / Senior Captain to join our elite team and lead our floor operations. This is a leadership position that offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in fine dining and manage a dedicated team of service professionals.
As a Captain, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for supervising service standards and ensuring that every guest receives a flawless, personalized dining experience. You will bridge the gap between the kitchen and the dining room, manage wine service, and lead by example to maintain the high standards that define the Wolfgang’s brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the floor staff during service, ensuring all operational standards are consistently met.
- Oversee the dining room environment, managing guest flow, seating arrangements, and VIP requests.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and addressing inquiries with poise and professionalism.
- Manage wine service and beverage presentation to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints immediately, resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on service goals, specials, and operational priorities.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and presentation quality.
- Maintain a pristine dining area and ensure all mise en place is ready before service begins.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Captain, Head Waiter, or similar leadership role within a fine dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of French, English, or American table service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Deep understanding of wine lists, food pairings, and cocktail service.
- Professional grooming standards and a polished, elegant personal appearance.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (if required by local regulations).
