Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor F&B service teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage VIP guest interactions and anticipate preferences in premium settings
- Oversee daily operations including table reservations, inventory, and staff scheduling
- Implement and maintain high-end service standards across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Train staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and upselling techniques
- Monitor service quality through regular inspections and guest feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in F&B leadership roles within premium hospitality
- Proven experience managing VIP guest services in luxury environments
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of F&B operations, safety standards, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
