Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of a designated service section to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate waitstaff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand service protocols.
  • Provide expert recommendations on menu items, beverages, and pairing options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with diplomacy and professional tact.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and quality control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including side stations and POS terminals.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations, as well as hygiene standards, are strictly followed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and shift reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Server in a high-volume, premium restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and train a service team.
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
