As a Captain Waiter, you will be the bridge between our culinary team and our guests, ensuring that every plate served and every interaction reflects our commitment to wellness and quality. We are looking for someone who excels in team management, maintains high service standards, and creates an inviting, energetic atmosphere for our diverse clientele.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee floor operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor waitstaff to maintain high service performance and cleanliness standards.
- Greet guests warmly, manage table assignments, and assist with order taking during peak hours.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the cafe's reputation.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cashier reconciliation.
- Promote our healthy menu offerings and up-sell specials to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Captain Waiter, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role in a cafe or restaurant.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
