Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily dining operations for 10+ service staff
- Train and mentor waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen for seamless service flow
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure adherence to hygiene/safety protocols
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Prepare daily performance reports and staff schedules
- Collaborate with F&B management on service improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant/hotel service with 1+ years supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of fine dining service protocols and wine/food pairings
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hospitality management software
