Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to potential car sellers through various online platforms, databases, and cold-calling.
- Explain the advantages of the consignment process and negotiate terms with vehicle owners.
- Conduct preliminary market research to provide accurate valuations for potential vehicle acquisitions.
- Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality vehicle inventory for the dealership.
- Coordinate with the technical inspection team to schedule vehicle appraisals and condition reports.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the company CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle acquisitions and consignment signings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with car owners and industry partners to encourage referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of an SPM, Diploma, or equivalent; fresh graduates with a passion for cars are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of various car makes, models, and current market trends in Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- A professional phone manner and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be based in or able to commute easily to Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
