Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Tangerang area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Review sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
