In this role, you will coordinate maintenance and repair services while fostering effective communication with both clients and team members. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations and assign tasks to technicians based on expertise and workload
- Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure quality standards and manufacturer specifications are met
- Diagnose complex automotive issues and provide technical guidance to the team
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service requirements, timelines, and costs
- Manage inventory and ordering of parts and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an automotive workshop
- Strong technical knowledge of various vehicle systems and components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex automotive issues efficiently
- Valid automotive technician certification is preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop management software
