Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repairs on BMW and Mini Cooper vehicles
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance services
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components using genuine BMW and Mini Cooper parts
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repairs needed, and estimated costs
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous training
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards established by the company
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with BMW and Mini vehicles
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engine performance, and transmission systems
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and computerized automotive systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
