Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Direct vehicles to available parking bays efficiently and safely.
- Operate barrier gates and payment machines accurately, handling both cash and digital payments.
- Assist customers with directions to stores, restrooms, elevators, and exits within the mall.
- Monitor parking areas for safety hazards, unauthorized vehicles, or maintenance issues.
- Enforce parking regulations and resolve minor customer queries or disputes professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized booth or patrol area and report inventory shortages.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or traffic control is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
