- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the ideal vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct thorough test drives and provide detailed product knowledge regarding vehicle specifications, features, and history.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Prepare all necessary sales documentation, including contracts and vehicle delivery forms, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Manage showroom standards and ensure the sales environment is welcoming and professional.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide the best advice to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is mandatory.
- A customer-centric attitude with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
