- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury vehicles
- Manage the entire sales cycle from consultation to test drives and closing deals
- Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless transaction processes
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in automotive sales or luxury retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Singapore driving license with clean record
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance products
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
