- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and explain product features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and financing options in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and paperwork.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle arrivals to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Valid Singaporean Driverβs License is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software is an advantage.
