Your Role & Impact
As a Car Sales Executive, you will operate at the very heart of our business. You are the face of The Car Ground, transforming curious visitors into delighted car owners. Your day-to-day will be anything but monotonous, involving engaging walk-ins, managing a steady stream of online leads, conducting exhilarating test drives, and expertly negotiating sales. We provide comprehensive training and a robust CRM system to ensure you have all the tools to succeed. Your primary focus is to build lasting relationships, meet targets, and uphold our brand promise of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers and respond to phone and online inquiries to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations and facilitate test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our inventory.
- Skillfully negotiate sales contracts and financing terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the entire vehicle inventory, including pricing, specifications, and promotional offers.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
- Ensure all sales documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and COE price fluctuations to provide informed advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of an O-Level / N-Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a sales role is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong drive and passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage to serve our diverse clientele.
