Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, attract, and convert potential customers into satisfied car owners.
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
  • Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract preparation, financing arrangements, and vehicle handover.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent lead follow-up and effective closing techniques.
  • Ensure the showroom floor remains organized and vehicles are presented to the highest standard.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Strong motivation to succeed with a results-oriented mindset and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer literacy for documentation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
