- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct detailed vehicle demonstrations and financing consultations
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet monthly targets
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in automotive sales or related retail experience preferred
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Valid Singapore driving license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
