Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document all work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in the service management system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and manufacturer repair procedures at all times.
- Communicate technical findings clearly and professionally to customers regarding vehicle status and repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanics, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to use diagnostic software and automotive testing equipment effectively.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
