Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle status, required repairs, and cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Document all repairs and services accurately in the computer system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Service Technician.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, brakes, and suspension.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
