As a key player in our fleet operations, you'll ensure our shared vehicles maintain peak condition for seamless customer experiences. This hands-on role combines vehicle maintenance excellence with direct customer interaction, allowing you to directly impact user satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll perform daily inspections, coordinate cleaning schedules, manage fuel levels, and troubleshoot minor issues – all while contributing to Tribecar's mission of sustainable urban transportation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness
- Coordinate thorough interior/exterior cleaning and sanitation between user bookings
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling at designated stations
- Document vehicle conditions, damages, and maintenance requirements
- Assist customers with smooth vehicle handovers and issue resolution
- Collaborate with operations team to optimize fleet availability and rotation
- Report technical issues to maintenance department for prompt resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills for vehicle inspections
- Excellent communication abilities for customer interactions and team coordination
- Physical stamina for outdoor work and vehicle handling tasks
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting common vehicle issues
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
