In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, setting the tone for the entire luxury car-buying experience.

You will be responsible for managing the showroom floor, assisting sales consultants, and ensuring that every visitor receives a world-class welcome. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, greeting guests with professional warmth and efficiency.
- Manage the front desk reception area, including call handling, managing enquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management team to ensure seamless showroom operations.
- Coordinate showroom activities, including vehicle display maintenance and refreshment services for clients.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming showroom environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Handle appointment scheduling and follow-up communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of brochures, marketing collateral, and showroom documentation.
- Support event logistics during vehicle launches and VIP customer appreciation days.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, airline, or premium retail reception roles.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional, articulate communication style.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support showroom operational hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM familiarity.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for client interactions).
