About the Role
As a Car Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and receive ongoing training on the latest EV technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests on electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including batteries, motors, and electronic systems.
- Use diagnostic software to identify issues and ensure accurate repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer service bulletins and recalls.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Experience working with electric vehicles is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of BYD and Denza vehicle systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Possess a valid Singapore driver's license.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
