Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs in detail.
- Perform accurate diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems using advanced tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and engine tune-ups.
- Clearly explain required repair work, service options, and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Coordinate with the internal service team to ensure efficient workshop workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage and update customer service records, appointment schedules, and job cards in the system.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Car Technician or Mechanic.
- Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license (Class D manual and automatic) with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
