Bank Mega is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Card Loan Officer to join our expanding team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be the face of Bank Mega, responsible for expanding our credit card market share and building strong relationships with potential clients. As a Card Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our consumer banking portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote Bank Mega credit card products to potential individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and approach potential leads through direct sales, networking, and referral activities in the Pontianak area.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the branch management.
- Assist customers throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, benefits, and credit terms clearly.
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or marketing is a significant advantage.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Have a strong network or the ability to develop one within the Pontianak region.
- Willing to work on the field (mobile position) and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Professional appearance and proactive, positive attitude.
