Tanggung Jawab
- Actively market and promote Bank Mega's savings products and credit card offerings to potential clients
- Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and present suitable banking solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets for credit card applications and savings account openings
- Prepare and submit loan applications with complete documentation and compliance requirements
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product features, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with credit assessment team to ensure smooth processing of applications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within banking/financial sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM systems
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Valid Indonesian banking certification (AKPI/Sertifikat Kompetensi Perbankan Indonesia) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
