Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell Bank Mega's credit card and savings products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to explain benefits and features effectively to diverse customer segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the branch management.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective customers in the Padang area.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation in compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and onboarding process for new customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking or direct sales is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Target-driven, persistent, and highly self-motivated personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned and conduct fieldwork in the Padang area.
- Must possess a neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
