Bank Mega is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Card Loan Officer & Retail Funding Relationship Manager to join our team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Bank Mega, bridging the gap between our innovative financial solutions and the needs of our valued retail clients.
As part of our retail banking division, you will be responsible for expanding our credit card portfolio and growing our funding base. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at consultative selling, and possesses the tenacity to exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets for credit card acquisition and retail funding.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote Bank Mega's retail banking products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with new and existing retail banking clients.
- Provide expert financial advice and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of competitor offerings and local economic trends in Sulawesi Selatan.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and application processing to product activation.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, specifically credit cards and savings/investment instruments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance-based KPIs and sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
