As a Card Room Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and handling of playing cards. This involves rigorous quality checks, accurate counting, and professional shuffling techniques. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous checks, counts, and professional shuffles of playing cards for all table games.
- Prepare card tables and game equipment, ensuring they are ready for the start of each shift.
- Monitor card condition and immediately report any damages, wear, or irregularities to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in the card room.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking card supplies and ordering replenishments as needed.
- Strictly adhere to all casino security protocols and gaming regulations.
- Communicate effectively with pit bosses, dealers, and fellow staff members during high-volume periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, casino, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling small items like playing cards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in math for counting and verifying card quantities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with casino licensing requirements.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
