Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome upon arrival.
- Proactively identify patients needing assistance and provide guidance on hospital wayfinding and navigation.
- Facilitate smooth patient movement across different departments to reduce wait-time anxiety.
- Act as a bridge between clinical staff and patients to convey information effectively and improve the overall care experience.
- Handle general patient queries, feedback, and concerns with high levels of empathy and conflict-resolution skills.
- Assist in administrative support duties related to patient registration or appointment scheduling as required.
- Collaborate with the patient experience team to identify pain points and suggest improvements to hospital service touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or Nitec/Higher Nitec certification.
- Prior experience in hospitality, airline, healthcare, or high-end customer service roles is highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in a demanding, high-traffic medical environment.
- Proficiency in basic digital literacy for information retrieval and wayfinding assistance.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure consistent coverage.
- A genuine passion for community health and improving patient care journeys.
