Tanggung Jawab
- Managing student check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth transition for all residents.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, providing timely and empathetic solutions.
- Conducting regular room and facility inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team and external vendors for timely repairs and upkeep.
- Maintaining accurate resident records, tenancy agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of resident engagement activities to foster a strong community spirit.
- Ensuring all safety and security protocols are strictly followed within the premises.
- Collaborating with the management team to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professional composure.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
