Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve high-priority service requests from healthcare clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to escalate issues and expedite resolution times.
  • Proactively schedule equipment maintenance and service visits to prevent operational downtime.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the CRM, ensuring comprehensive reporting and data integrity.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare technology products to provide accurate troubleshooting guidance.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clinical partners.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to healthcare providers experiencing technical challenges.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical service, preferably in a healthcare or BPO environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ticketing software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.
  • Strong commitment to data privacy and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights or weekends as required.
