Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer-reported quality issues using statistical methods and engineering principles
- Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for product and process deficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, design, supply chain) to resolve quality concerns
- Conduct root cause analysis using tools like FMEA, 8D methodology, and Pareto analysis
- Support quality system audits and compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications and KPIs
- Communicate quality metrics and improvement initiatives to stakeholders globally
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP)
- Knowledge of quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
