Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to develop foundational quality engineering skills.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations on customer returns and field failures.
- Collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, yield trends, and process performance indicators.
- Support the development and execution of quality plans, test procedures, and validation protocols.
- Communicate technical findings and quality status effectively to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of quality systems and adherence to ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
