As a Facilities Engineer within the CAP, you will be immersed in the technical heart of our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC, utilities, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and internal facility standards.
- Support capital projects, facility upgrades, and expansion initiatives by providing technical engineering support.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct safety audits and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of facility management principles, building automation systems, and utility operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical data and make sound engineering decisions.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and quality in all engineering tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and engineering software (e.g., CAD, MS Office).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical findings clearly and concisely.
