Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials and services based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize procurement costs while maintaining supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align purchasing strategies with operational needs
- Manage procurement processes from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Support sustainability initiatives by evaluating suppliers' environmental and ethical practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective vendor interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles
- Adaptability to learn quickly across different functional areas during rotations
