Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit and enroll students for Japanese language courses targeting employment opportunities in Japan
- Provide comprehensive career counseling to assess student qualifications and career aspirations
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to determine program suitability and student readiness
- Develop personalized career pathways for students pursuing work in Japan
- Maintain relationships with students throughout their training journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to align student goals with program offerings
- Track recruitment metrics and report on conversion rates and student outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment, counseling, or student advisory roles
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or equivalent) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with student assessment and career planning methodologies
- Target-driven mindset with proven results in recruitment environments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
