Are you a dedicated professional passionate about shaping the future of students and bridging the gap between academia and the professional world? Enderun Colleges is seeking a proactive Career Services Associate to join our dynamic team in Pio Del Pilar.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our career services department, reporting directly to the Career Services Manager. You will play a pivotal part in facilitating student career development, managing employer relations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative operations that empower our students to secure top-tier internships and post-graduate placements. If you are organized, people-oriented, and eager to make an impact in the education sector, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Career Services Manager in executing departmental programs, workshops, and career fairs.
  • Provide frontline support to students regarding resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Maintain and update the internal database of student career profiles and placement records.
  • Coordinate with industry partners to facilitate job postings and recruitment activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting of placement metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and potential employers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the organization of on-campus networking events and professional development seminars.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, student services, or career coaching.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for mentorship and student career success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic setting.
