In this role, you will be the bridge between the airline, clients, and freight forwarders, handling critical documentation and coordinating shipments with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all incoming and outgoing cargo documentation, including airway bills, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Manage cargo storage and handling procedures to prevent damage, loss, or delay of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, weights, and dimensions in the computer system.
- Communicate clearly with clients to provide shipment updates and resolve any inquiries or issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international aviation and shipping regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding cargo performance and operational statistics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in cargo handling, freight forwarding, or airport operations is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including logistics software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local dialects.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
