Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and Airway Bills, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate timely cargo clearance.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cargo.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate emergency solutions when delays occur.
- Manage incoming and outgoing cargo, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database and prepare shipping reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless logistics experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Cargo Agent, Freight Forwarder, or in a similar logistics role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid ID and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
