As a key member of our logistics team, you will act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, coordinating closely with warehouse staff, shipping lines, and clients. Your role involves overseeing the lifecycle of shipments, from receipt to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. You will manage shipping schedules, track cargo movements in real-time, and resolve any logistical discrepancies immediately to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily cargo operations and logistics workflows to ensure timely processing.
- Verify and process all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate cargo loading and unloading.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing cargo inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety protocols, and customs requirements.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing updates regarding shipment delivery status.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in cargo operations, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of shipping documentation and international trade terms (Incoterms).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on specific operational needs.
