You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams, resolving inquiries, optimizing shipment routes, and maintaining real-time cargo visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end cargo operations including booking, documentation, and delivery tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain accurate cargo records and compliance with logistics regulations
- Process invoices, billing inquiries, and payment documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in cargo handling or customer service roles
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
