We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Carpark and Compound Cleaner to join our growing team in Singapore. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our car parks and compounds are spotless, safe, and welcoming for all visitors and staff. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the exterior and interior cleanliness of the premises. You will ensure that surfaces are free of dust, debris, and stains, and that all waste is disposed of correctly. We value reliability and punctuality, so you must be prepared to follow the strict sign-in and sign-out procedures required on site.
Uniforms will be provided to ensure a professional appearance. Please come prepared to work in dark long pants and covered shoes as per our dress code policy. If you take pride in a clean workspace and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of car park surfaces and compound areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Wipe down and clean glass windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces, including railings and gates.
- Empty trash bins regularly and ensure waste disposal areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Sweep pathways, remove litter, and ensure drainage grates are free of debris.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain the cleanliness of the storage area.
- Report any damaged fixtures, faulty equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and sign-in and sign-out procedures daily.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings if required by the schedule.
- Willingness to wear the provided uniform and adhere to dress code policies (dark long pants and covered shoes).
- Good communication skills to interact respectfully with site visitors and management.
